STEP 01
Enable Apps From Unknown Sources
On your Fire TV home screen, go to Settings > My Fire TV > Developer Options, then turn on “Apps from Unknown Sources”.

Install the Downloader App
Search for “Downloader” in the Amazon App Store and install it. This lets you add apps that aren’t on the Amazon store.

Download Your IPTV Player
Open Downloader and enter the web address for TiviMate (or your preferred IPTV player), then select Install.
STEP 04
Open the App and Add a Playlist
Launch the player and choose “Add Playlist”, then select the Xtream Codes login method.
STEP 05
Enter Your Nartiel8K Details
Type in the username, password and server URL from your Nartiel8K welcome email, then confirm.

Give the channel list a moment to load, then browse categories and start streaming in 8K/4K quality.

Install Nartiel8K on Android TV & Android Boxes
Android TV devices and generic Android boxes can install IPTV players straight from the Play Store, no sideloading required.
STEP 01
Open the Google Play Store
From your Android TV or box home screen, open the Play Store app.

Search and Install a Player
Search for “TiviMate IPTV Player” (or your preferred IPTV app) and install it directly.

Open the app once installation finishes and select “Add Playlist”.

Select the Xtream Codes / M3U option, then enter your Nartiel8K username, password and server URL.

Install Nartiel8K Directly on Your Smart TV

1. Open the Smart Hub / App Store on your Samsung TV.
2. Search for “IPTV Smarters” or “GSE Smart IPTV” and install it.
3. Open the app and choose the Xtream Codes login option.
4. Enter your Nartiel8K username, password and server URL.
5. Save and start watching — your channel list loads automatically.

Not every smart TV has an app store built for IPTV players. If yours doesn’t, the simplest option is connecting an Amazon Firestick, Android box or similar streaming device to an HDMI port. This gives you full access to Nartiel8K with the best performance and the widest device support.

TROUBLESHOOTING
Common Installation Problems
Running into an issue with Nartiel8K? Check these quick fixes before contacting support.
Force close and reopen the app, confirm you have a stable internet connection, then restart your device if the issue continues.
Double-check your Xtream Codes / M3U server URL for typos, and make sure your Nartiel8K subscription is currently active.
Confirm your username and password exactly match the details in your Nartiel8K welcome email — they are case-sensitive.
Open your player app’s settings and choose “Refresh” or “Force Update” on the playlist to reload the full channel list.
Give the guide a few minutes to sync after adding your playlist, or manually refresh the EPG from the app settings.
Test your internet speed, connect via Ethernet or a strong Wi-Fi signal, and close other apps or devices using bandwidth.
Some player apps occasionally need a manual restart after long streaming sessions or when a device wakes from sleep.
Restart your router and confirm your device is on a stable connection — at least 5 Mbps is recommended for smooth playback.
